大连7月17日消息 据中国之声《快讯快报》0时17分报道，16日晚18时50分左右，大连市大连湾附近输油管道发生爆炸，现在连线台前方记者田彤了解新情况。
　　田彤：受中共辽宁省委书记王珉、省长陈政高的委托，辽宁省常务副省长许卫国已经赶到事故现场，与中共大连市委书记夏德仁、大连市长李万才一起，在大连新港指挥灭火。
　　据记者了解，现场有两条管道发生爆炸：一条直径为900毫米管道的火已经扑灭，剩下的一条直径为700毫米的管道灭火仍在进行中。正在着火的管道长度大概在200米左右，消防官兵一边在用冷水冷却原油储备罐，一边用泡沫灭火。事故发生时，一艘油轮正在进行卸油作业，起火后油轮已经离开。
　　记者在现场看到，有许多运载着土石的大车正在开赴事故现场，可能是想借助土石掩埋大火。台另一路记者正在赶赴指挥中心，并将随时发来新的报道。
